Hindi naman ako yung tipo ng babae na gusto kong ginagastusan ako, basta kasama kita, ok na sa akin yun. Hindi ako yung tipo ng babae na aawayin ka araw araw para lang lambingin ako ng madalas. Hindi ako yung tipo ng babae na iiwanan ka kase nagagalit ako. Titiisin ko lahat kase alam ko, Sa’yo ko mas sasaya. ♥
I’ve opened my eyes to a relationship where it’s not always about me. It’s not always about what I want, what I need, or what I can or cannot have. I’ve learned it’s about what she wants, and compromise, and what I can do to help our situation. The weakest link in a relationship is the partner that doesn’t care as much, and that’s what I hope to avoid. If there is something in my power to make her happy, by all means, I’ll do it. Relationships are about the big picture. Fights over small insignificant details are unnecessary, and are honestly just a big waste of time. I’m not advising all the guys out there to be pushovers, but let your girl have her wins sometimes. I’ve learned that relationships are about giving without the expectation of receiving. It’s about putting yourself in a situation where you can learn and grow in harmony with your partner. And I guess that’s what love is - a chimera of understanding, growth, and peace. Just my two cents.
